I dropped off my wedding dress & a bridesmaids dress on 9/12 to be cleaned. The lady said they had lots of wedding dresses to do & unsure when will get done. I wasn't in a rush, so no big deal. 10/3 not so nice Debbie calls & leaves a message stating my wedding dress had been there for a month & if I didn't come pick it up it'd be donated!!! I called back to ask about the unprofessional voicemail explaining I never received a phone call to come pick up my dress. As Debbie was too busy telling me my dress wasn't there & she never left me a message & tried to direct me to call another store. Offered my maiden & last name, nope still couldn't find it. Advised I'd come to store. Showed up & provided my slips & she found them. And then proceeded to tell me she wouldn't say that on a voicemail for a wedding dress. Offered for her to listen to herself. Then she stated she must of confused me & another customer. The sign at the store states 60 day will donate.. I manage a customer service team & this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I read the reviews on the rude lady and it clearly is Debbie at your front counter. You will continue to lose customers due to her unprofessional behavior!!!! Debbie needs a job with no interaction with people!

Rick and his crew are amazing!! After the restrictions were lifted, we had a lot of dry cleaning!! I dropped it off and was told they would be ready in 24 hrs. I really thought that it would not be ready. They were super busy. I called 24 hrs later. They were done!!! Great service, pleasant atmosphere! Highly recommended!!

So I called and asked how much they charge per jeans to have them starched the lady told me 20 dollars per jeans. They are definitely price gouging because of the recent weather conditions and some cleaners are not open. Another thing the lady was very rude, she said good luck finding another open cleaners then. Very unprofessional when everything goes back to normal I hope they run out of business.

Friendly customer service. Quick and efficient. Clothes came out beautiful. A great upbeat atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The owner Rick takes a personal interest to make sure you are more than just satisfied with your clothes, coats Comforters , wedding dresses, whatever you need cleaned. You will never be disappointed. This is definitely a must use service for your most precious and expensive clothing and ect....
