I called around to get my wedding band fixed and was greeted by Jody. I arrived to the store a short while later and was impressed by how friendly and professional Jody was! She spent almost an hour with me going over repair options and helping select a new wedding band to wear on a daily basis. The turn over time for my wedding band repair was quoted at two weeks which was much quicker then the 4 weeks I was told by another near by store. I highly recommend Boyson Jewelry!

I had sent my ring under warranty to the jewelry shop i bought it from, and it continued to break TWICE. Finally i trusted Boyson with my ring and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend this shop for custom jewelry repair or design

My husband and I recently had our 1-year anniversary and I wanted to take the time to share what a great experience we had with Boyson Jewelry. My husband worked with them to design the perfect ring. They listened to his vision and made it a reality. They were very straight forward in the purchasing process, without giving him the run-around or proposing condition-specific discounts. They made the every step of the transaction feel comfortable and were upfront about any costs/concerns.nWe moved away from Cedar Rapids, but every time we return for a visit we make sure to stop by and get my ring cleaned. They remember us every time and are a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

This review is a LONG time coming. I went in to get an engagement ring without any prior experience. From the very first second I stepped into the store, I felt comfortable. This was the first time I had ever looked at engagement rings, or any jewelry. Jody took an immense amount of her time to give me a crash course on all things diamond/engagement ring. She did all of this, without pushing for a sale or expecting me to buy on the spot. I can't say enough about the time she took, and not brush off someone who may not be a potential buyer. This gave me the confidence I needed to intelligently shop around, but ultimately came back to Boyson because of the level of service I received. I often talk about Boyson Jewelry as the pinnacle of what customer service should be!
