This place is friendly and good people , We gotten all our GE range, fridge . wash, dryer and dishwasher from here we bought the warranty on all our stuff and after three years are dryer went out heating element. We called and they said we were covered but they don’t carry parts so they have to order and now it’s been two months and they still don’t have the parts for the dryer and no ETA when they can fix it! This is our first time needing to use the warranty only to find out they don’t carry parts and it could take another 3 months before they come in! They should offer a loaner or something but they don’t! I don’t know what we going to do!

During COVID - looked at appliances, because our Range quit. After searching and narrowing down what we wanted, e-mailed Star Appliance, they responded within an hour. Chatted back and forth and determined exact appliances we would purchase. Within 4 hours of the first e-mail, I had placed my order and within 5 days our new appliances (Range and microwave) arrived and were professionally installed. Perfect! Thank you for fast and easy communication and excellent service, products! Much Appreciated!

We went in to look at refrigerators in the scratch and dent area. We were greeted by a helpful sales associate who answered all our questions honestly and with expertise. We decided to purchase from them because the service what they sell and are local. Delivery was on time and the two young men that installed were super friendly and did a great job, taking care to be respectful to our home and moved the old appliance out for us. I would highly recommend them for all needs and will definitely go back when I need new items for my home.

UPDATE: The owner called and did make everything right. Thank you to Star Appliance for reaching out!nnDo not use Star Appliance to service your appliances! The person who called me back to schedule my appointment was friendly and I made an appointment to fix my dryer for 9:00am on a Tuesday. I left work to be home at 9:00. At 9:15, I called because no one had arrived. A very unfriendly, rude woman answered and told me it would be between 9 and 11, but I was the first person on the schedule, so he should be there are any time. At 11:25, I received a call that the guy was finally at my place to look at the dryer. He had a constant bloody nose and left blood on my dryer (gross!). The problem was not completely fixed.nnI purchased a refrigerator from Star Appliance in the past, but I will never call them for service again, and after this experience, I will not purchase an appliance from them either.

Stopped by during a power outage. Went to the back with flashlights, picked out a dryer, next day delivery set up and haul the old one away. Plus 90 day warranty on used unit.... pretty easy ......zero hassle..highly recommend Star.
