This will be our new go-to destination for new furniture! No high pressure and no add on gimmicks like scotch guard or extended warranty. Lexi was outstanding! Answered our questions quickly and gave us several choices. Was up front and gave us our time to look and sit before we purchased. Great job Lexi and thank you Furniture Row in Marion! Joe Mama (Barbeau) was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, patient, helpful, very knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation! He made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable whole shopping! He was not pushy at all! I will absolutely send all my friends and family here for their furniture needs! This is my first time shopping here and I will definitely be back for all of my furniture needs in the future! Joe definitely deserves 10 thumbs up!

My wife and I went into Furniture Row to casual shop for a furniture set. We kind of knew some of the arrangements we may be interested in, but the difference was when we met Brad. He was extremely knowledgeable from a practical and technical standpoint. He answered questions that we didn't even know we had that were directly related to our final selection. He was extremely interested in what fit our needs and shared personal experiences to each of the options. Our experience with Brad and Furniture Row was outstanding and we'll certainly look both up for future purchases.

Their 3 week ETA Is a complete and utter lie. I have been waiting seven weeks for the most important item in a bedroom set, the bed frame, and was just told after inquiring yet again that it will be at least two more weeks. If the store had to give a 5% discount per week late, I am sure their orders would be fulfilled more timely. I will never shop here again.

The furniture all around is beautiful without breaking the bank. I was looking for dining room chairs. After looking on line I realized I wanted to be able to sit on the chairs before purchasing. Devan greeted me at the door. We talked a bit and then he let me wander. I was in the store just 10 mins before I had several options I really liked! I took some photos with my phone and sent them to my daughters and the decision was made. Devan got me fixed up and checked out with plans made to keep me up to speed with emails on progress and when I could come get my chairs. I will most definitely return!!
