Furniture Row - Dining

Bought furniture 4 weeks ago and they said it'd be delivered in 2 weeks. Yet to see a single item. Called them after 3 weeks of waiting asking where it was. They said they were missing two pieces of the bedroom set yet. I asked for them to deliver what they had since it's already way past the expected delivery date and those two items were delayed another 2 weeks yet. They refused saying I had to pay a separate delivery fee to get what they had. I refused. The next day the sales rep calls to update that the two pieces were still 2 weeks out and offered to deliver for free what they had. I asked for just the kitchen table only. Now it's been a week and the delivery date is tomorrow but they never called to set an approximate time of delivery like the invoice said they would. Called them twice and still didn't get an answer for delivery time. Now I have to spend all day at home tomorrow since I have no idea when it's coming. Great customer service when you buy the furniture in the showroom. Terrible customer service after!!

FURNITURE ROW IS A SCAM!nI stopped here looking for a tv stand, my gf and I were greeted by a very rude sales person the moment we walked in, no big deal, we will just deal with someone else, after looking around we found the piece we wanted, when we asked the very rude sales person the price we were told someone else was looking at it, not purchased, looking, so we asked another sales person, she looked up the piece, told us it was still for sale, we bought it, walked out with our receipt and a delivery date of 2/22/19. Done right, nope. 4 hours later I received a call from our sales person telling me the piece was sold to someone else and if we still wanted it we would have to pay an additional $200. When I called back to speak with the acting manager he told me the same thing, I would either be refunded or have to pay the difference. No one at this location seems to care about customer service or proper business etiquette. I can’t help but wonder how many times they have pulled this scam. We also found a sectional that we wanted but because of this mess we will be taking our money elsewhere from now on. FURNITURE ROW IS A SCAM!

Went to shop for dining room table & chairs. We were left alone enough to search the show room, but not alone enough that when we had questions we were stranded. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had an AWFUL experience purchasing from oak express and furniture row.. we ordered a headboard on clearance and they told us it was a standard twin size bed. We purchased a frame for a standard twin sized bedframe and bed from Denver mattress next door. The day they delivered the headboard, the bed frame was the wrong size (they brought out a queen), so they had to bring out a different size.. then they forgot the wheels.. then the next time they misplaced the screws that were suppose to come with the headboard.. then there were holes missing from the bed frame so they had to push it off again.. then the worst part was that furniture row told us that this was a standard sized twin size bed and it wouldn't fit any of the Denver mattress twin size bed frames. We were told the headboard was indeed NOT a standard sized twin so we would have to special order something but no one knew what would fit it.. worst part was, at first furniture row was only offering us instore credit for what we paid. We didn't want instore credit because we didn't want to work with them anymore.. luckily after a lot of complaining, we finally got a check to refund us for our purchase. Awful awful experience. Took a lot of our time and we didn't even get a bed frame out of it. Plus the manager at furniture row was ridiculously rude. Ugh. I would not recommend this place. However, Denver mattress did a good job working with us and trying to make up for furniture row and oak expresses mistakes. Props to Evan at furniture row.
