Don't fall for their BS! They will tell you how great their coverage and service is, but it's all lies. Then if you are able to suffer through the whole contract they make it as difficult as possible to cancel and give back the phones.

The three gentlemen that helped me with my order were very helpful with everything! They were honestly and extremely welcoming! I ordered I phone and a plan from sprint online and when I went to the store to talk to someone, they helped me get a better price for an even better phone! They helped me save and get a better phone! How great is that?!? This is my first time using sprint and these men are probably the only reason why I kept through with the sale!

I took my malfunctioning phone in last night. Conway and Kyle diagnosed the problem then helped me file a claim while still in the store. My new phone arrived at 8:30 this morning to my front door.nExtremely helpful beyond the scope of their job description.
