Highly recommended. A couple of months ago I went in with a question and the rep at the counter explained to me what he thought was the issue, what it would take to check and repair but made it clear that it was just a guess. He didnt pressure me at all or leave me in question. Today, had a minor emergency for another device, went back, up front cost, quick turnaround time. No complaints at all. Thank you.

They are very nice and patient! My 12 Year old son called... twice with questions about getting his PS4 fixed and they patiently waited for him to take the very long round about way of telling them what he wanted. After that they were able to tell him what was most likely wrong and give him a quote. We took it in a bit later and they were just as nice and knowledgable in person. He now has his PS4 back, it's working just great and they fixed it for $20 less than they quoted us.

I have only been in there once but they told me they could not fix my phone took it somewhere else and it took him about 5 Seconds to fix it. Update I forgot I actually went there two years ago I just recently took a phone to them it had a craft bad screen and it did not turned on they said they replaced the battery and it still wasn't taking a charge but they charged me a diagnostic fee but didn't tell me what was wrong with my phone either it's a charging port or the logic board but no they didn't tell me nothing all they said was we tried a different battery and it still wasn't taking a charge and it's $40 thank you.

My teenage daughter needed her screen replaced as it fell and cracked. They had parts in stock, were able to tell us what it would cost, and a super fast turn around. In fact, they were able to get it done in about half the time they told us. 100% recommend and I will definitely use again if needed.
