Farmers Insurance - Donna Abbe

The Abbe agency is by far the best insurance agency I've ever delt with in my many years of insuring my stuff. They are very knowledgeable about everything from lowering your rates to helping you find a contractor. They are astute agents and can navigate their insurer's system in a timely fashion or get back to with an answer expeditiously.

New entry 7/21/19 per Senior Neglect, Abuse in New Mexico I sent Governor Grisham the Abbe Farmers Insurance contact timeline of my efforts to repair my home, Mark and Donna Abbe's absence of any response and Mark Abbe's phone/text response eventually admitting he never opened my claim because he and Donna Abbe assumed I couldn't afford my deductible. I am suing Abbe Farmers Insurance for senior neglect and for my premium costs covering the time I needed them most. Mark and Donna Abbe were not only awol, but sent me another premium bill to keep their business. I want my premium returned because you neglected this 69 yr old senior. I have been with Farmers since 1950. This hurts. James New entry 7/20/19. Since 1950, my premiums are paid to Farmers for help when I need it most. I needed it most on 7/7/19. Donna/Mark never responded. The Abbes ignored any trust or faith in had in them. I want my 2018/19 premium back. Mark Abbe told me he didn't initiate my property claim because he assumed I couldn't afford the 1k deductible. What hubris, what insouciance! Come on over Mark. I got your 1k right here. I reported vandalism of my exterior wall to Mark and Donna via phone on 3-way call on 7/7/19, Mark, Donna, myself. Before I called Mark, I met with the police; photographed the site; located the vandals; they confessed to police; I found their landlord; I found the parcel codes of the landlord's property and then all the info on the owner's property, renting to the vandals (the owner's relatives). Even with giving the Abbes this preliminary step, even with all their talk of loyalty and diligence, they sent me a bill for another premium and never opened a case. I haven't heard from them since. I finally called Farmers Corp. on 7/18 and started the claim, 10 days after Mark and Donna bragged on their skills and community spirit. Today, I called Mark a Jackass. Mark then blocked me, then text me he thinks I should find another Farmers Agent. That Jackass will be just as brilliant an agent for you.

It's possible that she's competent; however, her unprofessional phone etiquette left me not wanting to switch to Farmers.
