Bouncers put everyone off when entering and set the tone. Waiters are trained to be flys that hound you when they arent busy enough to pay rent. We love Maddie tho!
The place is absolutely stunning, aside from a few pool sharks it's an extremely friendly place.
Disappointed in their process...maybe crooks?nnI went to the loft on August 31st with my girlfriend and bought two drinks that costed me 8.75. Two days later I was checking my Amex card and it showed that they charged me 108.75. I went to talk to them multiple times and they will not help me resolve this issue. They gave me a receipt that has obviously been altered and that is hard to read. This company either needs to learn something or does blatantly not look out for their customers. Wish I caught this sooner, might have been easier to get my money back. Have never experienced anything like this before. Beware.
This place is pretty dope, service was good and seemed to have a good atmosphere.
The food is good but portion sizes are way too small.
