Some of the drivers are very nice, and the routes are great. The route 5 afternoon driver is continuously late if you're on a route anytime after 3:30. If you ever call the office in the morning, the worker is rude and does absolutely nothing to help you. Pretty much treats you like a nuisance. Other than that, it's pretty good compared to other city bus systems.
