I write this with a heavy heart because the staff is so friendly and helpful...I was told that I had the beginnings of cataracts and that I could have surgery but insurance wouldn’t cover it because the cataracts were not bad enough. This procedure is very expensive so I took some time to pray about it and decided a 2nd opinion to confirm my diagnosis was necessary to make the best decision. Needless to say not one but two other professional opinions told me I have NO sign of cataracts and that I was not a candidate for surgery...I have only 2 eyes and I am sad that this facility was only looking to pad their pockets and NOT what was best for my eyes!! My insurance does cover cataract surgery at any stage so this is how this clinic makes their big money! Very disappointed and sad!!

Cathy Jones . Dr Mark S is one of the best of the best i was almost blind could not read had trouble watching anything bright two sessions of about 15 minutes each one on a Tuesday and then next Monday now have 20/20 vision and no glasses for 60 years. I can see things clearly and colors are bright. I was scared for nothing.

Great service, clean and professional. This company values it's customers. I previously had an issue with their overnight call service that resulted in me missing my appointment. They reached out to me to help me make everything right. They worked with me to schedule a new appointment that worked for me. This company went above and beyond to keep me as a happy customer. I recommend bringing your business here, I will be returning in the future.

Doctor is great. However, worst experience ever dealing with the billing department. Before surgery I had them quote the price including EVERYTHING!! So I signed up for their care card which was also informed would be interest free. I noticed I'm being charged a hefty interest rate which still needs to be dealt with. I keep re diving bills first one was $120 which they charged me $60, then $600 which was resubmitted now I owe $142.24. In the end I was lied to prior to surgery and now have to pay more! Very frustrating. Update 3/22/19.nI just received another bill from the surgery center that I owe $718.25. To this day I am still waiting for a phone call from ND Eye Clinic billing. So all in all it looks like my $2500 surgery should have been quoted at $3600! Thank goodness I decided not to do both eyes or it would of been triple my budget!
