Service is usually great but sometimes they “forget” to check things that are a concern to a drivers truck but they are always great and if you remind them, they always make sure to check. They found a few issues on my truck and I knew something was wrong but was made out to be crazy, lol. Only big complaint is the hours but it’s Grand Forks.

Ridiculously slow service, if you have a couple weeks to have your truck looked at I would recommend them, unfortunately almost no other place in town can check and diagnose simple engine fault codes on a Volvo motor so you have two options, wait for a week to have your truck looked at, then wait another couple weeks to have it repaired, or drag it somewhere else (highly recommended) RDO in Fargo has a little better service, but still nothing compared to ANY other shop. I’ve always loved my Volvo trucks, thank god they don’t break down often. Word of advice, if you are looking at a used truck, consider something other than a Volvo if you want it repaired promptly in Grand Forks, maybe some day they will step up like the other repair shops, but for now unless you have a spare truck to take the place of the one you use, take it somewhere else or buy any other brand, proper service is everything in a business, until they either start working longer hours or have more help, this isn’t the place for it, and no, this isn’t one single experience, it has been EVERY experience in the past 2 years, time means nothing to these people. On a positive note, if you can figure out the problems yourself, the parts department is top notch. Oh, except they aren’t open at all on Saturday, so be sure you break everything before 5 on Friday.
