Tyler in service was great. They were booked out several weeks on service but Tyler help me troubleshoot ab engine problem over the phone and I got the issue resolved without bringing my boat in.

Took my ATV in for repair and the store had it for 5 months before it was finally repaired. They gave me the run around for over 4 months and didn't order the parts to fix it till I came in to pick it up after 4 months. They charged me the full repair cost with no compensation for the poor service or lack of communication.
