Super clean inside and out. Courteous staff. Great snack/beverage selection. Competitive gas prices. I appreciate the hand sanitizer they had at the gas pump. They also have a snack/food delivery option through CHOMP. Highly recommend if you need a put

Cashier was rude to me after she putt the wrong amount of gas for me and I was the only customer there.

I will NEVER again go Depot Express, especially the North Liberty location. The female manager was VERY Rude and not knowledgeable of how to operate the register at all! I wanted to pay for gas, I had partial payment in cash and the rest on my CC. This Manager, said she COULDN'T ring my transaction up like this, and that I'd have to pump the cash amount gas in first, then come back in the store and do a separate transaction with my CC for the remainder of gas I wanted. I then informed her that this could be done, and has before at this very store. She replied she's the manager and knows that this cannot be done. I informed her that her employees knows how to do this, in which one was just setting up her draw to start a shift. She even agreed that this could be done. I then said to manager, if you're the manager, you should know how to do this instead of saying it cannot be done, and has never been done. Then she refused to assist me and told me to get out of the store and never come back. I never raised my voice or used profanity. She was upset bc she didnt like the fact that she looked like she didnt know her job, so she, in front of other customers and staff, was very nasty and rude to me. I was frequently visiting this store and is a good customer, but for her to tell me not to come back, was very rude and unprofessional of her. Great example of management to your employess and worse customer service to your frequent customer's. She shouldn't be managing for this company!

Fantastic owners. The depot is owned by a family and there a great group. This is one of there newest ground up locations.
