I used to use this company religiously. They were prompt and came out to fix my issues quickly. Over the last two years I have called them five plus times and they have NEVER even called me back. I get that you may be busy or didn’t have time to do my small home repair job, but call me back and tell me. It’s very unprofessional to run a business and not call a customer back. I have switched to a new local company who may cost a tad more but always answers the phone.
They are our 1st call. Dependable and affordable, not to mention they get the job done. We have used them 3 different times over the years.
Randy was great to work with. He had my records from the 1st time our water heater was replaced. Checked the warranty and saw it was still covered. Zach who did the work was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a stellar job at cleaning up afterwards. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Will definitely use for any future needs. Highly recommend Affordable.
Zach and Randy at Affordable did my new home in Iowa City. The work was quality and the follow up was amazing. They took great care of us and our home runs beautifully. They stopped back to touch up little things and explain the systems to us and how they operate which we appreciate. They have always courteous and polite which means a lot in that business. They are a first class operation and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good service and work.
This crew is OUTSTANDING. My water heater started leaking all over on a Saturday night; I called Randy around 7:30 pm, and he called me back almost immediately. He offered to send someone Sunday morning and offered me the non-weekend price differential (I opted for Monday). He was also the one to discover that my heater was still under warranty and could be replaced FOR FREE. This company is honest, hardworking and good at what they do! I would recommend them to anyone!
