The all-around experience was excellent from start to finish. Our carpets look beautiful and we received some great advice regarding how to better care for our carpets in between cleanings. One other impressive aspect of their service is transparency. You'll know exactly what you are paying beforehand. We took advantage of the spot-treatments for pet urine and we received a detailed explanation about the potential cost and the benefits. I'd highly recommend using their services - you won't be disappointed!
Chem dry came out within hours of us calling. Very professional. Explained all services. Carpets look incredible!! Quinn and Andrew were neat, respectful, took the time to work out a couple tough spots.nnCarpets (10 years old) literally look brand new!!
They did a great job cleaning our air ducts and carpets. Very thorough. Highly recommend them.
We had our living room and basement carpets cleaned by Klein Chem-Dry last month and they did a wonderful job! Only took them an hour and a half to get the job done. The basement had a good amount of stains from our puppy, but after they were done you would have never known. Stains and smell GONE!!! Highly recommend Klein Chem-Dry and would definitely hire again.
Had them clean the carpets in our apartment and they did a great job. Came in and clearly explained everything they were going to do. They were in and out quickly. Carpets and couches look great!
