Selective customer service, several employees go out of there way to be rude. There is one person in the mornings that cooks the food that gives great customer service, so I don't want to include him. Otherwise, no customer service, frowns on faces, no replies to thank you and have a good day. Astonishing to say the least.
I use the Bp Me app and fill ups are always quick and easy
Most of the staff are super friendly! Good breakfast choices!
Encounter with clerk from hell on Friday afternoon. She was rude, disrespectful, and mouthy. Has no concern for customers. Not an asset to the business. Will not return. 10/16/20
