2020: Guess who I call again? You guessed it, Action Sewer. They always do a great job and this year was no exception!nn2018: They gave me an initial estimate of coming out the next day but managed to fix my drain the same day. Onsite crew was friendly and quick! It took me hours a couple of months ago doing it myself. Seeing that the sewage line here was constructed wrong... I’m sure I’ll be calling you guys again next year!

I was referred to Action Sewer and Drain by a trusted professional plumber because I thought I had a sewer main issue. I called late on a Friday and they came within 20 minutes. Fortunately, the service person diagnosed the problem as a local one (y-line from tub and sink), augured out the cloggage and cleaned up everything spotlessly. He was fast, really friendly, unobtrusive, and straightforward about billing. Fantastic service!

Called due to sewer issue and left message. Did not hear back for 2+ hours, so called again. Person was very short on phone when I explained what was going on (seemed annoyed). Once they arrived, they looked into sewer situation (> 7 minutes) and said to call plumber, not their issue. Gave a reference name of plumber I was unable to find. Then, just said that is $XX.00 plus tax, we will bill you and left. They did work on my place previous (last year, same issue) and was helpful then, but wish I would have called someone else this time. Would have saved me time and money.

They were very competent and came at a time we agreed on...very helpful. I would recommend them highly. I only use their service once a year. I have tried other companies but they are definitely the best.
