I learned about this company from their good reviews online so I called and asked for a quote. We are moving out and needed a move out cleaning service. I was shopping around cleaning services and they are the fastest to get back to me. They are also the nicest over the phone (some were rude).They went to our place and gave me a quote. The two guys who came over were really nice and funny. We went through with them and they did an excellent job! Our condo was very clean. Floors are very shiny and carpets are stain free. It’s also very easy to communicate with them. Very good customer service! I will definitely recommend this company!

I had the pleasure of being Kodim's first customer when they started. I was satisfied with their work then and have been every year I've used them. They are hard working, very diligent and very thorough. On top of it all I find their prices very fair. I can not recommend them enough.
Kodim Inc. used to be a five star cleaning company. But since Kim left and started a new company, Kodim Inc. has gone seriously down hill. I would no longer recommend Kodim Inc. for any type of cleaning service.
