The owner of the shop is a great artist. Willingly to talk to the patrons. And his counter lady is very knowledgeable.

I would wanna give this place a high rating but they pride themselves on a professional experience all around. I went in with a friend to get a piercing and the guy that greeted us was far from friendly or professional. He acted like he didn’t want to be there, didn’t answer our questions, spoke so we could barely hear him. I know if I was greeted that way and I was getting a tattoo, I would’ve walked out. He even acted this way towards his fellow employees. But my friend insisted we stay and get our piercing. The man who pierced us was wonderful, happy to be there, he went over everything with us and actually made us feel welcome.

Was told my hypertrophic scar was a keloid right off the bat. Jerry also told me to put crushed asprin and tea tree on it. My original piercer said that is abrasive and it willnmake it worse, which it most definitely did. Guy who rings you up also has a stank attitude. Piercer is very nice though.

Although the outside looks kind of sketchy, the inside is actually very nice. The piercer was nice and professional. The guy who answers the phone, makes appointments, takes payment however is kind of a dud. He seems like he hates being there and is super not friendly. I almost didnt go to my appointment because he was so rude over the phone. When i told a friend I was going to get a piercing she told me not to go here based on the guy who takes appointments. Based on reviews from friends and the Google reviews I would think the owner would make a change, but they havent, so I'm wondering if this is his son or something. When youre nervous about getting a tattoo/piercing, you want a friendly, clean, and professional environment. This guy doesnt make you feel comfortable. As the first voice/face of the business I would think they would have someone more friendly. Other than that, it was ok. But that's a big problem becauae I would think this guy's attitude would cost them business.
