very bad experience. for the cost, i expect a flawless experience. everything went wrong from delay in delivery, missing order, wrong order and defective items that took more than 4 weeks to have someone come in to take a look at. would not step in an EA again
Absolutely horrible customer service and delivery process. I placed an order for two chairs on January 2nd, 2017, with an expected delivery of 6-8 weeks. After two months, and no contact from Ethan Allen, my online delivery estimate was pushed to March 27th (13 weeks after my order). We quickly blew past this expected delivery date. I contacted Ethan Allen on numerous occasions and received delivery estimates of May 1st, May 15th and eventually May 22nd.nnIt is now May 25th (23 weeks after my order), I have yet to receive my order and there is still no delivery date scheduled. My online order status still says March 27th and I can’t get Ethan Allen to return my calls or give me an actual delivery date.nnI have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I do not receive my order in the next week, I will be forced to go to small claims court to seek the return of my order deposit.
