Quality of workmanship excellent. Also very speedy and efficient. Client had some problems with communication, also re client's own cleaning materials being used. Overall I would recommend this firm, with 5 star quality of work.

We hired Ackerman Plumbing to run a gas line from our gas main to our sun room for a new gas-fueled stove. From the start, our experience was great. Kim, at the office, was polite, efficient, and easy to work with. Dale came to our home to complete an estimate and he was professional and thorough in his analysis. When Dale complete the job, he worked all afternoon in heavy rain to get the job done. He thought of everything from firing up the new stove for us to see, to explaining how to use the controls, to closing our garage door when he was done. I would highly recommend both Dale and Ackerman Plumbing!

I was very happy with the experience using Ackerman Plumbing. Dale did a great job working efficiently and leaving things clean and working well by the time he left. Kim in the office was helpful in setting up the appointment and keeping me posted of the arrival time of their employee.

I recently got a tankless water heater installed and the process was flawless. Cory was my tech and what a guy, very professional and did an amazing job getting me up and running after having issues with my previous water heater leaking all over my basement. I spoke to Kim and she able to schedule my installation within days of me making the decision to go tankless. Thank you all for your hard work and taking care of business quick :)
