Great storage unit for students! I’ve used this facility several times over the past couple years during lease gaps. Indoor units are new, nice, and well kept. The price is affordable and the location is close to campus and surrounding areas making a quicker/easier move. Would recommend!

I rented a unit on 11/18 that was an 11x15. A few days later I thought I might need something larger so I emailed and asked if I could transfer to a 10x20. They said it was no problem. I agreed to the extra cost and a $25 transfer fee.nnI moved the items I had already moved in to the new unit and I assumed I'd either touch base to make payment or it would automatically go on the same credit card I used to sign up. About 10 days later I go to drop something off and there is a lock on the unit that wasn't mine. I contact them and they say it was locked due to non payment. I paid $125 for a 10x15 and owed $45 more for the transfer.nnI never received notice that I had anything more to pay. I assumed I would get a text or an email if it was an issue as I didn't want to bother anyone over the holiday or the weekend and forgot to text on a weekday. But I never received anything via email. Nothing via text. Just a lock. And I was told I could pay by kiosk now. If I had been told that before, I would have done it that way.nnAnd when I did pay, the charged me an extra $10 late fee. I feel like it was a miscommunication that could have been avoided. The facility seems clean and new. Maybe it is just getting some bugs out with the kiosk system.
Great storage unit! The facility and units are extremely clean! Excellent customer service! Definitely the best storage facility!
Childish behavior by the owner. Called and emailed 10 days notice multiple times and never received a confirmation so we never got the rest of our stuff out because we never received confirmation. Ended up paying another months worth of rent because of this. Then we text him and FINALLY receive an answer and he says that if we are gone by the end of the month he will waive the 3RD months rent at this point. Then we come to clear things out and the door is locked. Call, first time I get sent to voicemail. Call again, get an answer, I am frustrated at this point and use one expletive in a whole conversation and he says lose the language or you'll wait until monday (which is a day after he demanded we be out). Then I say okay, I am frustrated though and this situation is not my fault and he hangs up. I call multiple times after he hung up and he kept sending me to voicemail. I ended up calling the cops to come because I didn't feel safe when he finally did show up to take the lock off. Overall, rude and childish and waste of my time. I have physical proof that he said we could be out bt the end of the month for no rent, which is why I called the cops because I will not be bullied into hundreds of dollars when the owner makes a mistake and refuses to apologize.
