Just got a delivery. 30+ mph winds. Envelope, so pry 1/2 lb in weight. Luckily I went outside about 15 min later and saw it in the yard. They just laid it on our bench on the deck, no knock or rang doorbell and didn’t even try to secure the pkg in the windy conditions. Come on Amazon tell your drivers to not be so lazy and maybe come all the way up on the deck and leave it between the doors. For whatever reason I can’t upload the doorbell video on here but if someone from Amazon would care enough to reach out I can email it so you can identify the driver and let him know the errors of his ways.

Some Amazon drivers keep leaving packages outside the door to our apartment building because they do not have the access codes to get in. We don’t either. This is not a problem for UPS or FedEx. Amazon needs to up their game, or we will stop ordering from them.
Do not work here they are unprofessional and will harass you for no reason. I’m a veteran Amazonian and have worked in California and Colorado. This is the worst location by far especially RTL Delivery. Everything is very new and unorganized and also RTL it’s a conflict of interest to have your spouse in hr. Stop spamming emails to drivers on there days off. They will message you constantly on the road affecting tour driving too and won’t want you to take your breaks either just to keep up.
Driver cant read packages get deliverd to wrong address 9/10 times it happens LEARN HOW TO READ OR GO FLIP BURGERS
