The chairs are very comfortable. Theaters is very clean and the prices are not bad at all. The only reason I am giving you the four out of five is due to staff lacking total customer service skills. What I mean by this is that I had four children with me and instead of offering to carry the concession stand items that I had purchase totaling almost $50 worth they left me to struggle with them on my own. I am sure this is merely just an oversight because these are young children, or teenagers I guess just started working in the service industry. Other than that I would definitely go back and take my children again we had a great time I'm not a huge fan of fact that you have to pick your seats prior to going to the theater because sometimes you don't really know where you want to sit.

I've been working with Charles for an event we are hosting for my company. He has been very accommodating and I appreciate him taking the time to help us ensure that our event runs smoothly. We will continue to use this theater for events because of the fantastic customer service! Thank you so much!

I like this theatre. $5 Tuesday movies. Membership card free popcorn. Huge movie screens and great surround sound. Comfy seats and clean theatres. Make this your place for Movie Night ud83dude09ud83dude01

The fact that this is the only theatre type in the area blows my mind. You go anywhere outside of Coralville and Iowa City, and the movie theatre experience is heightened greatly. Marcus theatres are quite disappointing as far as comfort, seating and especially sound. I do admire their $5 deals, but I’d rather have the opportunity to feel my money is well spent for an all out movie theater experience. Convenience is why I go, but I wouldn’t recommend if it is out of your way.

Love the theatre. But please lower the prices, you will do better business in the long run. Popcorn and pop should never cost as much as it does. Marcus rethink your pricing please.
