They're the worst pieces of sht and make things hard for deaf people who can't hear on the phone .

The workers in the assistance program office are truly some of the worst human beings I've ever met. I've been treated fairly badly by workers in this department; they don't answer question, are willy-nilly with your privacy (asking you to announce your SSDI number) and treat you as if you are the lowest peon to them, and how dare you bother them with your little peasant problems.

The secretaries here should be replaced, or at least given customer service trainng. They are extremely rude, and catty. They are unhelpful, and do their best to carry a condescending tone. They have no issue lecturing you and making erroneous assumptions. I do my best to avoid going to the DHS office. Been going to the office 10yrs and it just keeps getting worse.
