Purchased a GE dishwasher from another vendor but it needed service. GE told me to call Slager, however I was told that unless I purchased the appliance from them, they would not service it. I asked, you are in Iowa City where lots of doctors and people move in from other areas and often bring appliances when they move. So you are saying you would not service them? The lady at Slager told me that they do not service items that are not sold from them. I told her that I would be letting GE know that so they do not recommend them to their customers and she hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Very poor model especially for those moving into the area.nnWould never recommend them.

Fantastic service repair, they came out the same day I called them, the repair man was incredibly friendly and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and also gave me some tips on other home repairs I could make by myself. Would definitely recommend. A++

Went in to look for replacement for my GE dryer purchased from Slager in 1998. Showrooms are spotless, as always. Sales staff knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Happy to see great COVID precautions in place--staff masked, lots of hand sanitizer available in store. Proper precautions observed by installation crew as well. I knew what I was looking for, sales staff showed me available options, and it was a quick, pleasant purchasing experience. Slager has been my go-to since 1998, as they stand behind the appliances they sell with great service support.

I had a great experience with Slager Appliance. They had the wash machine I wanted in stock. It was on sale and they delivered it the next day. The salesman was very helpful.
