Amazing. Best flooring experience I’ve ever had. In the store, Mike (Old Mill Hardwood Floors Rep) was awesome. Walked me through my options. Explained everything and really helped me narrow it down. Then on the house visit, he took the time to walk us through the effects of lighting in each room on our carpet choices. Installation couldn’t have been easier, they set a date, crew showed up on time, did a very professional job and left... followed it all up with a quality control call to and sure my wife and I were happy... I’m just thankful to have found them and I highly recommend them. Even cooler is if for some reason after they were done with the install... if I didn’t like it, or wanted to choose an entirely new carpet they would have replaced it for free under their satisfaction guarantee... never heard of such a thing.nnGive Old Mill Hardwood Floors a call for all hardwood floor works in Iowa City, you won’t be disappointed
We had all hard wood floors installed downstairs and all new carpet in every room upstairs. They did an excellent and professional job. Working with Old Mill Hardwood Floors was great. They are professional and the follow-up to make sure we had no issues was amazing.nnWe highly recommend them for carpet and wood floor installation in Iowa City
Jeff Kersbergen is the consummate professional. Every aspect of his work was done extremely well and in a timely manner, from coming to give his estimate to getting the work finished while we were out of town to the quality of the work done. Jeff had to blend our old oak floor with new flooring in the adjoining room and we cannot tell where one floor ends and the other begins. There's no doubt what Jeff did will last a lifetime, and there's no doubt I would recommend him to anyone.
