I cannot say enough good things about Tony, the manager of the Iowa City Appliance Barn Sleep Center. Four yrs ago I bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress at Mattress Firm in Coralville. When it started to sag in the center after 4 yrs, I pursued a warranty claim, only to discover all Mattress Firm stores in Iowa are closing. Mattress Firm subsequently sent me to the manufacturer (Sealy) who then attempted to loop me back to the retailer. Needless to say, after submitting the same information three times and getting the major run-around I was so relieved when Tony, manager at a local Sealy dealer via Sleep Center in Iowa City, offered to help me get my mattress replaced. He helped me save money by reduced shipping fees, but mostly saved me lots of headaches by being able to work directly with a local dealer. Tony went WAAAAAY above and beyond in terms of customer service. He was never obligated to help me or deal with my warranty claim in any way - but he took it on and worked with his Regional Manager and store owner to make it happen. He also stayed fully engaged through the delivery process. This kind of customer care is rare to find these days. But it's how you make customer's for the life of a business. Tony, and everyone at Iowa City's Sleep Center - THANK YOU! Hopefully I'll be resting much easier tonight, in every respect.

The Sleep Center in Iowa City is a great place to not only try out mattresses, but to purchase one. Tony is not a pushy sales person. He is very knowledgeable about his products. I can truly say that since the delivery of my Stearns & Foster firm queen mattress and foundation, I am now feeling more rested in the morning. When the time comes to replace other mattresses in my home Tony will have my business. Make our local Sleep Center your destination for all of your bedding needs.

We love our Tempur-Pedic mattress. Mary and Tony were very helpful as we shopped for a mattress that would meet our needs. We sleep well and are well rested when we wake in the morning.
