Extremely helpful staff and quick delivery. This isn't a place to go if you want a super cheap futon, but if you want a mid range futon I would look here. Since they had it in stock the staff was able to deliver it the next day. It's very good quality.

Expensive even compared to custom handmade futons I've purchased.nThe little guy with curly hair in face (owner?) was pushy and turned very angry when i questioned his pricing.nnExtremely unprofessional. Will not return or recommend. Shop around, there are private custom futon builder's in the Iowa City area that are reasonably priced and superbly crafted.nnThe Futon Shop is more for college students that have parents with a open checkbook and no guidance.
