Dan was the Best. He walked me through my order on the phone so I didn't have to visit in person. He took care of all my needs in a professional and helpful manner. He indicated he would keep me updated on the arrival and even emailed me my receipt while I was still on the call. Best salesperson ever. Thanks

Amazing customer service, I was shopping for a bed and the salesperson who helped me was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient and answered all of my questions. He spent a lot of time helping me find the right fit without trying to push expensive stuff onto me, I told him my budget and he helped me find something that was affordable and worked well. Really appreciated his knowledge regarding beds and some ergonomic stuff. I have shopped at a few different bed stores and all were good but this was definitely the best customer experience by quite a bit.

I was at a friend's place to help them move in a couch to their new apartment. They had ordered it online from Slumberland and the truck dropped it off at their place.nnNo sooner had we carried the couch up two flights of stairs then my friend got a call from the driver and said that they had given us the wrong couch. Not only had they given us the wrong couch, but the right couch wasn't even on the truck!nnSo we had lugged that couch all the way up for nothing.nnThey then came back to get the couch and...surprise! The right couch was on the truck all along.nnHow does this happen? I don't know. But regardless, I will be sure to make any future furniture purchases elsewhere.

We stopped in to Slumberland over the weekend to find a new mattress for our ten year old. Robert was very helpful on the floor, without being pushing or trying too hard to up-sell us. We got our questions answered, found what we were looking for, completed our purchase and were out in good time. It was definitely the best experience we’ve had there!
