If you learned how to answer your phone you might be able to get some business. Literally call and get a computer. Then sit on hold twice for over 20 minutes.
Awful. This is the only place outside the University you can go to print things in Iowa City and it’s always a hassle. Their self service printer never works, the USB port is shot. I’ve tried several flash drives and they never work but the staff just shrugs. Then you have to ask them to print at the desk, it takes forever and in some cases they charge you more than they would at the self service printer for “express service,” even though it’s their fault you had to ask them to print!! Horrible. Also staff either doesn’t wear masks or wears them below the nose which is unsanitary. Do not recommend.
My printer was not working with my computer and I needed my documents printed right away. The printing tech printed my documents from my USB thumb drive in no time for about 60cent. I am pleased with the speed friendliness and great price. Thanks

Extremely annoying to shop here puts boxes on the shelves that they don't have in stock. Took two items up to see if they had them and they told me they're out why do you even put the box on the shelf then It wastes my time I'll be looking at the shop from now on.
