Love the staff here. Most are knowledgeable on what is in their humidor (which has an amazing selection for an Iowa City location), which is more than I can say for most tobacco stores. Seth, in particular, was really helpful and fun to talk with when my friends and I weren't quite sure what to buy from their selection of cigars.

Seth yelled at my 3 yr old, my friend and me for taking my 3 yr old inside. Sacred my 3 yr old. then the manager tried to tell my husband that miners wasn't allowed in a tobacco store even if they have an adult with them. I will not be doing any business at this store anymore.

I would never, ever, support a business that discriminates against disabled individuals. Hold this business accountable to Iowa code 216! My client (a disabled individual) had been getting his cigarettes here for 2 years, same day, every month, same order; and now they are refusing to serve him. This type of service and discrimination should not be tolerated. Boycott tobacco outlet!
