The pharmacy will tell you your prescription will be ready in 30 minutes... its ALWAYS at least an hour late, sometimes two hours late. This has happened every single time I have used this pharmacy.

I am new to CVS because I changed Medical Rx Insurance, and CVS is the preferred pharmacy. I feel this particular pharmacy is not a very welcoming or friendly. I will keep going to this CVS because it is closer to my home, but when I visited last week with a question and only able to use one arm, I felt the Pharm Tech was inconsiderate when I explained why I was struggling paying for my prescription, putting the store basket back, and handling a small bag. Actually a considerate customer helped me ~~ it is obvious because I have a large External Fixator on my right arm. (I am right handed) Also, I was the only customer at this time, the the customer who helped me had just arrived.
