I so love this store!!! It's always clean, the ladies are always so helpful and friendly and educate you on the products and purposes as well, I will totally be back!!! And I love hearing the negative reviews... honestly it was your professor who failed to inform you, they don't allow any big groups set up with making sure they know TO BRING IDs TO THE ADULT STORE.... and there are signs all over every door but I guess common sense can't be taught, you have it or you don't...

Honestly as for the poor comments about the class trip. First off it says on the door you have to be 18 to enter. If you are under thirty years old they will ID you. I guess that is common sense you definitely don’t enter a bar without the ID. Same rules apply I love it there everyone is kind and it’s never awkward and always educational!:)

My class came here for an assignment and they failed to inform us that we’d need our IDs just to get into the place, even though none of us were buying anything. They completely discriminated against me and some of my classmates because we looked younger, even though we were there solely on educational purposes and provided our university IDs. I’m just going to stick to Noty Kitty in Galena, IL because not only is the service a lot better, but it is also way cleaner. Very disappointed.

The customer service is excellent and the lady at the desk was hot lol

Amazing selection of quality items. The staff was amazing as well. I will be back for more.
