Had a garbage disposal that needed replacing. Larry and Steven showed up on time and within 30 minutes replaced the old disposal, which had a rusted hole, with a new one for a fair price. Recommend this company.
We have a new home. This company was listed as the ones who did our plumbing work. We called the emergency phone number listed which gave us another number which gave us another number if no one answered. We had a sump pump leak and this company out of all the numbers listed for emergency service couldn’t bother to answer one call at all. We also had a prior bad experience where they refused to fix a seal on a toilet that wasn’t properly done and caused a leak. The gentleman who came out was rude and started calling my husband a liar when you could clearly see a leak. Terrible a company would never recommend.
Very friendly and Fast unloading my trailer
My new construction has a shower leak just one year after I moved in. It was so bad that it leaked into my living room downstairs. I had Hawkeye Sewer and Drain come out and they said that what had been used was a plastic sealant. Hawkeye replaced that with a rubber one at no charge to me. Mulford is widely known to cut corners. Stay away as far as you can from this company. I'd rate zero stars if I could. They also didn't screw on the faucets tightly which caused them to spout water everywhere. Luckily it was just in the sink.
