Doug is outstanding. He responded right away to our inquiry. He led us to the purchase of exactly the fixture we wanted and needed. His prices are fair and he does quality work.
Had a water heater leaking and he talked me through how to shut it off over the phone. Then he was out to assess it shortly after (even though he was working at two other places today) and had it replaced by the afternoon! So fast, polite, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
