A water heater situation went from not great to definitely worse and A2Z was able to replace it within 24 hours of first contact. Great service and had an estimate almost right away. Would recommend and will use them again.

Digging out of a Derecho was not something we ever thought we would have to do. No electricity, no internet and our AC under a hundred foot tree. Scott and his team at A2Z has been stellar from the first phone call. We were given their name by a friend, called, received immediate attention, even though their work load was heavy, had a quote within an hour of the call and had our AC and Furnace installations within a week after our electricity was restored. Justin and his workmate were excellent installers, friendly, communicative and left our home swept and clean.nIn a time when we all need to count on each other, they pulled through like champions!! Thank you Team A2Z!! We look forward to a very warm/cool friendship for years to come. Very Happy Customers!

Horrible company to work with. The technician that came to service our furnace and condensers dumped his vacuum down our bathroom drain and clogged it up. They said it's not their problem and it's a sewer issue well we are not on sewer and it only started after he was here. I will add our septic was cleaned and scoped prior to moving in on Sep 15th 2020. The debris that is coming up from line is condenser debris he vacuumed up. They will not admit to it and now are on our own to fix the issue they have cause. I will never use this company again poor customer service and can't man up to what they did wrong.

I picked A2Z because they are both plumbers and do furnace work. The day after the work was done I noticed that the furnace blower was running all the time. I called them and they returned the next day and corrected a wiring error they made upon installation. I could tell it was incorrectly wired because what was wired did not match the installation wiring diagram. Several months later I noticed a small leak on a compression fitting and when I removed it to check I discovered that they had used the incorrect ferrule sleeves (brass instead of plastic) and no brass insert. I also dug out the owners manual which also said to use copper tubing instead of plastic which they used. I would not recommend them for plumbing or HVAC work.
