We have bought a stove and microwave back in May for our home and Steve and I forget the other younger guys name, were beyond helpful. We felt our experience was so good we went back and fully equipped our new home we just bought with appliances from Ring. Support local small business with the pricing, service, and support you cannot get from a box store. We will continue to use Ring and recommend them to anyone we know looking to get new appliances or have service done.

I don't know if this will be helpful for people, but I feel it paints a nice picture of what you might expect from Ring's Appliance. I left a voicemail message with Ring's about a dryer that I was hoping to have repaired. Steve returned my call even though Ring's typically only services what they sell (and I hadn't purchased my dryer from them).nnI am writing this because I believe returning my call was a kind gesture, and one that many businesses today might not take the time to do. Steve probably knew he wasn't going to be able to help me (or get any business from me today), but he returned my call anyway and I appreciate that a lot. I will definitely keep Ring's Appliance in mind when I'm looking for a new appliance. Thanks, Steve.

I have really enjoyed working and purchasing items from Ring's Appliances. We have purchased very quality appliances from them, and their service team has been awesome to deliver and install the items. Recently, I worked flipping a condo, and Steve and his team did a great job helping the owner with new appliances. Totally recommend them if you are looking for new appliances. First place I am going to in the future.

Our refrigerator's defrost system malfunctioned on a Friday, and we weren't hopeful that we would be able to get someone in over the weekend to save our warming food and drinks from spoiling. Understanding this, the owner Steve personally stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to service the fridge enough to render it functional again until they could get the necessary part in to permanently fix the issue. Just a few days later, the fridge was working perfectly again after a smooth installation. We will certainly be using them for any appliance issues in the future, and cannot recommend them enough.
