I was referred to this place by my brother and sister-in-law. They are extremely friendly and will answer any questions that you have. They didn't pressure us, just answered our questions and let us shop while still being available to answer our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a new bed.
The associate helping me was very informative of their products. She was very helpful and not overbearing when I was looking through the store. The delivery was quick after purchase, next day. They were very courteous and nice while dropping off the new mattress. They also offer to take the old one. I would recommend this place.
My daughter and I had the easiest experience buying a mattress for her new apartment! We were running out of luck finding a twin XL, and had called several places. Breezy answered phone just before closing and stayed late for us. She was so incredibly helpful, efficient and so kind to us. I would highly recommend this store!!nAmy
I had the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time at this store. I called the store on Thursday to see if they had mattresses in stock for pick up on Monday. The associate was kind, so helpful, did absolutely everything she could to help me over the phone, take my order, and reassure me that the mattress would be ready for me to pick up on Monday in the very small time frame I had to work with. When I arrived on Monday, the associates knew my name, welcomed me, and had my mattress ready to go. They even loaded it on to my truck for me. This whole experience was so easy for me!! I will go back to this location for sure!!
We are so grateful for this business! After another business cancelled our order a few days before moving, Factory Direct set us up with a new mattress, bed frame, and delivery! They were so kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them!
