Amazing service. Speedy delivery. Seamless process all around. I was told at other stores it would take 3 weeks to get a mattress and I had my new one from Midwest Mattress in 2 days! The delivery guys were SO NICE and cheerful too! Will definitely be using you again in the future!
Picked out a mattress adjustable bed in Cedar Rapids, great manager there. I live in Iowa City and bought the bed in Coralville. Very next day the bed was delivered and the delivery people work excellent and the manager of the Coralville store was helpful and knew her product. Great stores great prices quality materials I had priced at other stores and adjustable bed, but mattress was the very best price.
In the store, Mike was great. He was well-informed, patient, and answered all our questions. My girlfriend needed to think about it for a bit and when we came back he was ready to assist. The delivery guys were really fast and respectful.
Super knowledgeable about their mattresses and they were very friendly. The gift card was a nice surprise. Delivery guys were right on time and were very friendly, polite and worked very fast, but careful too.
Great customer service. The person was very helpful and answered all questions. They took the time to make us feel comfortable picking out a mattress as well as taking her time to show us many options. Definitely recommend! Prices are reasonable.
