We had a few bids before getting our A/C and Furnace replaced. A few days later, Brookwood reached out to us to explain our quote and gave us multiple different options in tiers (good, very good, better, best). A month later, we started to have problems with our A/C so, we told them we were ready to move. In a matter of 3 days, they had my system replaced. They told me I'd be without air for one day between 8am-5pm. They got the job done by 2pm! I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Terrible business One of workers Blake Ezell got caught stealing from local businesses you do not want him coming to your house endless you want stuff stolen from you or screwed up if you do make the mistake of calling them ask for Troy or Vince.

When a “professional business” cannot provide its employees with PROOF and itemization of fees they are charging for tools that have been returned to them they are obviously being dishonest, untrustworthy and underhanded. If they are willing to treat employees this way I am sure they do the same with customers.
