I called Warnick and Reeves when my basement drain was backing up. I did call after hours and the person I spoke with was headed to another job at the time, but they said they would call when they were done. I never heard anything back, not even to say they wouldn’t be able to come out after all . If I would have known I was going to get blown off and not even receive a phone call in return, I would have kept trying to contact other businesses to solve my problem as opposed to going all night without being able to use my toilet or run any water. I understand it was after hours and they were busy with another job, but it’s probably not a good business practice, nor is it very professional, to say you could possibly come out and then not even make a phone call giving me a heads up that they wouldn’t be able to make it. Also, this company states they offer 24/7 service and I was willing to pay the after hours rate that the person on the phone told me it would cost. I understand if the other job ran long and it was after hours, but a simple courtesy call would have been appreciated so I could have continued trying other companies for assistance.

I moved to Newton 2 years ago and have used them 4x. The replaced both of my sumppumps, & fixed my AC 2x. Today they came and unclogged my pipe because water was coming up in the drain in my basement. They came very fast and got the job done quickly.. The price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Due to flooding during heavy rains and neighbors sump pumps adding to the problem by dumping into the street, Warnick and Reeves Mechanical was hired by our homeowners association to install a storm drain system, starting from our private street, going between my house and a neighbors ,then connecting to a large storm drain in my backyard. The two workers they sent to do the work did an amazing job, good workers, polite and very professional. My neighbor and I fully expected our yards to be in pretty rough shape after, but the man who operated the small tracked backhoe did such an excellent pro job in operating it, all that was left for us to do was plant some grass seed. Last year I had the HVAC side of Warnick and Reeves install a new furnace and then some extra vents for my finished basement. Again they took the word professional to a whole new level. Fair prices, very fast response and professional workmanship. I can't say enough good about this company and the folks they employ, Warnick and Reeves are my first call for plumbing, heating and air conditioning and who I recommend to family and friends and strangers.

We had Warnick and Reeves put some mini splits our house. All the guys work hard and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

They fixed what another local HVAC repair company didn't and did it with tremendous integrity and professionalism. Tim is a very hard worker and we are thankful for what he did for us.
