Our beef was taken there. Very hard to work with. Did not give us all the cuts we asked for. What cuts we got were very disappointing. Asked for bone in ribeyes got tiny rib steaks no bones. Asked for brisket didn't get. Asked for hanger steak didn't get. Was told would hang for atleast a week. Only hung 4 days!! Never again and will recommend no body else take there beef there
As I approach my 7 year departure from ND to CO there are a few things I miss. One being said sausage; I’m thankful to have regulars at the bar I tend to drive me down care packages of sausage and pizza corner pizza around the holidays.
Best sausage in the world. No lie. This is it. The real number one.
Best bacon I've ever had. And best meat within 150 Miles.
Best pork sausage and salami in the world. My family gives it away as gifts... And people get so excited!
