I contacted Lisa at Stebbins asking how to get replacement filters for the refrigerator we purchased from them back in March and she delivered them to my door. Now that's service!

Repair request on antique Roper oven. Pilot light would not light. Scheduled service at 9:30 am, on time, 15 min later gone. Still no pilot light. Did clean pilot assembly and could not get it to light (had to supply lighter/matches). Can't replace it, no parts available. Need to replace oven - suggestions to follow - $80 bill rec and no upgrade/replacement suggestions. Per service people.

It's a great place to shop for appliances and etc. The staff is friendly, they are knowledgeable of their products and I'm impressed with their customer service! What a great place!
