I had a prescription called in at 11am and stopped to pick it up at 2:20pm at the drive up.They told me they didn’t have it.I told them they did,check the machine.They then came back and said it wasn’t called in until 1:15 and they hadn’t gotten to It yet.it was definitely called in before I left the clinic at 12:00.The series of lies is what really upsets me.why just admit they hadn’t checked the machine instead of lying.This isn’t the first time this has happened,if I had another choice they would not have my business.
