The Fargo Housing Authority, I have to be honest I know the people who work here, and do everything they can to help you if you have a legitimate claim. I also know a lot of people who apply for housing often times don’t update their mailing address, or they don’t take proactive measures to ensure that the Housing Authority can help you. No just because you have gave your information to another government program does not mean the HA has it. Most government programs are independent of each other and there is not central database that they draw from, at least outside a background check.nnThere are countless stories of people not updating there information and then they lose their spot in line because the HA can’t get a hold of you, this is your responsibility not theirs especially if you change your phone number. So do some of my friends a favor and take personal responsibility of yourself so they can get you the help you need.

first and foremost I am very very pleased with the management and all the personnel that work at Fargo housing they do an absolutely wonderful wonderful job I'm very impressed when I first moved in here it was not so good but now everything is under control they take care of a lot of different things! And we also have the assistance of the PD right down the Street! All in all I'd give it a five-star and I've been here FOUR years and it's absolutely wonderful! It is a historical site it was built in 1882 / archives documented!!! it accommodated people that were passing through on the train and also people that were here to work. The apartments are replicas of the 1800. Obviously they've been updated! It is a wonderful experience it's so well kept. Thank you!!! Actually the lady that opened and built this building she was a seamstress she made all the dresses of that era! I have been very blessed to be a part of just community! i have applied for apartments multiple times the longest it took for me to get approved was 4 months. they give a priority to those who are homeless and disabled. I have never had any problems, very nice people.
