This place is a joke. I was on a safety team for an at risk recovering addict and was told what was expected of me. I tried following through with some concerns and as a result they didn't do anything but remove me from the team. Most recently the same addict admitted to using again so I contacted them again and was told that it's not that big of deal so they weren't going to follow up with anything. Thought they were concerned about kids being safe?! Guess not! Contact me and I'll gladly drop names of social workers who I contacted.
In times of need this building has been proven to help anyone when needed. There are a variety of government and non-profit organizations that are willing to help. And if they don’t know they will help get you in the right direction.
Very nice that they are considerate of busy schedules as long as you call and inform them.
If you need assistance with any public services there are a huge variety of options you can apply for. There is medical, financial, and food support. There are other programs for families, individual case management and the list is too much to list.
Highly disappointed. Was told we would have our benefits today and of course, it's the weekend and they aren't on our card and we have no food. Fabulous.
