Great service. Efficient and fluent even with the added covid processes. They went out of their way to make sure we could get my matter handled so I didn't have to leave and come back again. Shout out to Lori and her trainee!
So I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But I went in June 9 at 11:30. I got told am hour and a half wait and that they'd call me when they're ready. It's now 1:46pm I walked back in because I hadn't got a call yet. I'm simply trying to get tabs. I get that y'all are understaffed but get it together. I work at a busy retail store on 13th avenue and we even know how to handle a flow of people better than this. When I went back in she had to look for my name like they forgot to call me or something and there's still 10 people in front of me? How? Not possible. It shouldn't be that hard to hire some more help. It's Moorhead.... We don't have that many people here, it shouldn't take this long to get tabs on a Tuesday.
Horriblenslow service, unknowledgable staff. Moorhead really drops the ball in every way possible. Not worth the money we pay to keep the place running
Whoever was encountered was disrespectful and unwilling to help 40 mins before they closed. Backing away people at this time just seems unacceptable.
At 1st I really wanted to jump on the bandwagon and give these guys an absolutely horrible review.. but some kind soul decided to go above and beyond in help me out and that 1 act alone is enough for me to give you guys a 5 star review thank you for not being so robotic with how we are expected to get our replacement driver's license thank you for understanding that we are humans and need to be treated accordingly
