We often stop here when traveling but this time I cannot give a good review. In today’s climate of health, I could not believe how dirty the women’s restrooms were. The lack of any recent cleaning was evident. Although the food area was clean and our food as we expected it to be, I simply don’t think I will be stopping in a place that cares so little about cleaning, such as I experienced today. I can’t order food in a place that has disgusting restrooms.
always liked a good pilot gas station and this one is pretty decent and they take the safety of us seriously
This Pilot is the best one I have been to. Clean and well kept. ALL the staff are super pleasant and seem to really enjoy their jobs. Very welcoming nice to see. Corporate for Pilot Flying J should come here and take notes on how to run a business from their managers. Way to go Mt. Pleasant. Will definitely stop on the way thru again.
The fat lady cashier was offended at my response to her telling me that I looked young for my age when buying liquor. She could have kept that comment to herself. She don't look so hot herself.
Cashier Kaven was too busy talking to her co worker to wait on customers and she kept talking while I'm waiting for her to hand me my change. I had to ask for my change that she was holding rather than giving me the change and helping the next person in line. Very frustrating
